  • For a national practice with PwC, served as Client Director responsible for a book of 20-25 publicly traded partnership clients. Directed a cross-functional team that proactively addressed client issues, sold technology solutions, service implementation, and client retention. 

    • Traveled to client locations to present annual planning, upsell SaaS offerings. and multi-year contract negotiations with client C-Suite decision makers.  Responsible for meeting client revenue goals with a portfolio that grew from $5M to $14M in annual revenue. Researched industry trends, market intelligence, and client activity to anticipate renewals, possible service offering “add-ons” and be a knowledgeable resource for existing customers.

    • Served as point of contact for day-to-day client users & C-Suite client leadership.  Actively networked with client leadership to identify additional service opportunities, while meeting tight production & compliance deadlines for over 20 concurrent client projects.

    • Initiated data visualization tools to leverage existing data and generate additional revenue through scalable operations with quick turnaround.
