For approximately 8,500 contractors & over 120 locations, the contractor’s eligibility, business unit, work location and security access status needed to be confirmed for planning & strategy.
For the entire project life cycle, I identified and engaged with business unit, legal, facility & security stakeholders across the United States. Responsible for presenting timeline and managing stakeholder expectations.
Presented data & metric analysis weekly to convey the progress and recommendations to executive leadership. Created supplier & internal communication plans, and assessed risk for complex project.
