  • Due to internal & external constraints, a top 10 private equity client had been the last in their asset class to release a compliance deliverable to their investors. The client’s goal was to expediate the release by five weeks.

  • I led a collaboration with client and cross-functional internal team to add features to our SaaS environment, leverage existing tools, implement automation tools and optimized project plan to achieve the new target date.

  • The client went from last to first in their peer group to release their production deliverable. The accomplishment resulted in my client exceeding their department goals & metrics and an investor relations “win”.

  • Devised plan, created tasks & executed the steps to complete the first large merger of two publicly traded partnerships. The Fortune 500 client’s post-merger enterprise value was $55B and, at the time, the project resulted in the practice’s largest single-year revenue amount for a client project.  The team was selected from among 50 firm-wide nominees for the PwC Chairman’s Award.
